Reread the PR. They never stated that they would "ANNOUNCE THE SIGNING of the "MAJOR ARTIST" on May 14th,...NOT" If for some reason you can't find the PR or want to make up more BS about it here it is.

"Encounter Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ENTI) announced today the company has delivered proposals to agents which represent such artists as Lady Gaga, Souljah Boy, Justin Beiber, Snoop Dog, and Black Eyed Peas. The selected spokesperson will star in commercials which will reach over 44 million households per month June through December, 2010. Encounter Technologies, Inc. is expecting a decision on a spokesperson endorsement by May 14th. Further details to follow."

They said they will come to a decision by May 14th. never does it say "We will release a PR on May 14th letting you know who we've selected" The deal could already be together by May 14th, doesn't mean they let us know on May 14th. We will hear more about this, it is far from over. Just calm down a bit.

The T/A is not gagged. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think you can partially gag the T/A. They are either gagged or not gagged. I don't think I have ever owned a pink sheet stock where you could get the daily float or Restricted stock figures from the T/A. Not many pinks offer more than the AS and OS to be given out by the T/A.
