I did get a different read on our conversation though.
He doesn't know anything about a */* happening. He can't guarantee that it won't happen some time & if it did happen it would be for the good of the company but he doesn't forsee it happening, doesn't know anything about it happening but doesn't rule out that it could happen and if it did happen, it'd only be possibly down for a few days but all in all anything they did was for the benefit of the company but he did not rule it out that it could happen, just said he doesn't know anything about one happening.

I didn't quote word for word what he said. It's just a brief synopsis.

He's a nice guy though & very positive about the long term for the company.
