QMC notifies SEC they will file 10-Q within 5 days of today

In Part III below, The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented... could mean that there will be significant new info in the 10Q.
Asian developments? Saudi developments? Hiring and Infrastructure?
All are possible.

Also, in Part IV, net loss for quarter and 9mos. could reflect cost of infrastructure and manufacturing equipment and supplies.
It infers the money spent will be accounted for in the 10Q and give more insight into the direction the company is taking.

Given the recent PRs I think the delay reflects the hectic degree of change that QMC is experiencing. That the delay is only 5 days reflects that it is procedural rather than serious, they are making sure it is correct rather than rush it to the SEC.
