[OT] Your consternation strikes me as misguided. Are you seriously suggesting BP is using a dispersant known to be suboptimal just because it’s made by an affiliated company? The cost of the dispersant does not even constitute round-off error in the payout BP is facing for cleanup and tort liabilities.
