Doctor Feelgood
Great point from Bunny
How much do you value the move from the BB to the Amex in baking of the delicious cake. Thanks.

>>"there were investors waiting to buy-in once we got off the Pink's."

There were, and they did, but they were looking to buy in cheaper and myriad other reasons too complicated to discuss today (if any day).

>>"why would you see it different this time?"

AMEX or NASDAQ are national exchanges that have better oversight and higher standards. But, more importantly, and aside from up-listing benefits, there are a lot of things ready to report, which was not the case 3 years ago. Also, an IND filing is now imminent, meaning possibly within the next 6 to 9 months for one of the 5 indications: FluCide, HIV-Cide, HSV-Cide, Dengue-Cide, EKC/Eye Herpes-Cide. Then there are also Ebola and Rabies results. The Ebola/Marburg is especially important as it directly results in BioDefense interest.

After the current consolidation above $2 is finished, I'm looking for $4 to $5 as a 6 month target.

Here is my take on uplisting

There is nothing automatic about SP rising because we will uplist, no doubt it will make NNVC a featured company to new investors.

I think lot of news is built in at this point unless we crank up the PR machine(I doubt that because it's only the CEO doing all the grunt work)

SP will rise regardless of uplisting if the news is released of actual results from FLUCIDE, THEVAC etc. Everyone believes NNVC will succeed in some form but want to see tangible results---one we have been so patiently waiting for. Did the LSU test perform as expected? Where do we stand as far as HIV testing?
We keep hearing from Dr S that the testing phases for diseases NNVC is dealing with are so short...............well then where are the CONFIRMATION results......they should be available by now.

I will not even get into the website business!
