I spoke to IR at equitilink and the consensus is the filing should be completed in approximately 2 weeks. Its quite an undertaking from what i understand for them to complete a couple years of auditing to produce the 10Q's etc. I think we will be able to get an idea of when it is near completion by the volume and price fluctuations.
