Seems negative on Chinese small caps:
The OTCBB has suffered reputational
damage, especially amongst Chinese
companies. The lack of trading in shares
of newly reverse merged companies has
not gone unnoticed and many issuers
from overseas are now looking for ways
to skip the OTC world altogether.
At the same time, the OTCBB tested
investors. A number of companies during
the past few years, including some from
China, have been outright frauds. Innovations
implemented by Pink OTC might
raise the bar a bit for both sides and make
the OTC proposition fairly attractive rather
than a compromise or a gamble.
