Apparently this guy called Frank, and he confirmed the news this next week.

Here is what he posted last Thursday:

"Company UPDATE they said that news will be tomorrow or next week (next week most likely) and pinksheets will be updated in a few weeks. Auth is still only 450 Million . No r/s in the near future.

So load and wait for the huge pop up and make some cash"
