Are you saying Strata Capital Corp.is NOT acquiring Lyfetec (Lyfetec Medical) which was still owned or part of MCDA the last time I checked the ibox?

In this filing, http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7197773, they state; "In February 2010 we formed a Delaware subsidiary, Strata Acquisition Corp., which in turn acquired (the “ Acquisition ”) the business and all of the assets of Lyfetec, Inc., a Florida corporation".
