blah blah, its ok to dilute, blah blah its ok to not post numbers, its ok to mislead, its ok to have a bad year because of the economy.

Seriously enough excuses. This company is doing poorly. You can say what you want but we know that for a fact.

Needed ramp up costs??? Thats all we ever hear about. This company is in permanent ramp up mode. WHEN WILL THEY EVER ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING?

Oh thats right, they wont because they have complete morons and scammers in charge. They will sell shares and sell shares, that's all they know now to do.

You were wrong about this company.

unbelieveable EXPH is trading at .0006


for those who say the company is doing poorly...well all i can say is when the NEW CEO pulls back the curtain and lets the shareholders see what Expo Holding has been doing over the last several months the stock will quickly reflect the true value of the company....

which in my opinion is much much higher then .0006


we will soon see who's right


imo the company is doing very well...it's the company's stock that is doing poorly "at the moment".

you're kidding I'm sure.. there's plenty of updates, read their web site..

1. A/S raised to 1.1b
2. A/S raised to 1.35b
3. A/S raised to 2.0b

the last two were web site updated ONLY after discovered by shareholders..

T/A updates as well, O/S increasing increasing and increasing..

and you say "they haven't any idea what the company is doing"

what you should have said was, "the company has NO idea what they're doing"

a regular talked to JD yesterday and asked why he hasn't lived up to any of the commitments he made over the past 8 months and JD's reply was, "I'm not the CEO any longer so it's out of my control"

I saw 2 drafts today, 4 pages with attached PR's (written by JD), 9 emails (written by JD) and verbatim phone convos with 4 separate shareholders.. these will be going to Expo's largest customers, Congresswoman Foxx, the SEC, regional newspapers, the Business Journal and many No. Wilkesboro local businesses..

Those same individuals that bemoaned the dividend spin-off are now seeing the results of the needed ramp up costs of etc and other projects.

question i asked a long time ago ~ re: access to capital
when the much maligned etc spin off was first *discussed*

of course i also viewed the etc product line as an asset
(diversification wise) .. and recognized the *impact* the
loss of WW's franchises would have with the sudden loss of
their ceo ~

but as i have always said .. this is SMB for opinions and
the entire spectrum is covered on expo holdings :)

per usual the tape of yesterday's trades proves enlightening

it would be nice if it was something as simple as flipping ~

regardless of the *pps* which is subject to the usual *behavior*
that passes for normal on the OTC ..

i look forward to the seeing

who the new ceo is and his background
what q3 and q4 show and if q4 is audited
whether forms are filed showing insider holdings
reiteration of 2010 guidance or revisions (after all we
are almost halfway thru 2010)
and some dollar amounts on orders already shipped out

Veno - Just think once.

If company would have posted financials and they would have had atleast 30% of what JD estimated for 2009, then the share price would have been in 0.0020 - 0.0030. Then company could have done dilution and would have raised higher capital.

IMO, the company is issuing these shares to family & friends and then do some pump campaign again and make money. This is nothing but a cheating and scam to investors.
