Yep, it seems like the expectation is that since there isn't any foreseeable revs untill the system is pumping green that the PPS is going to continue to head south, so many are holding off on buying untill they see the green. However, as stated earlier, here in penny land price swings occur with PRs and emotions. With that said it only takes an early morning PR like the 6:00 a.m. that just came out to announce a named company, deposit amount, or address with specs for a farm even if it's only leveled and sectored off with system parts on site to move the PPS so fast people will be crying that they missed the lows.
Heck, it could shoot up with just the bio-cam coming back on line showing inoculation has occured.

Unfortunately, you're right with that statement and those who want this company to succeed have to suffer, while the others reep the losses of those who sold. At times I want to sell, but I just have too much of a feeling with this stock.
