They can do alot without shareholder approval, yes.. but so can any pinksheet company. The issue here is that they MUST register a change in authorized with their incorporating body, which in this case is Nevada SOS.
Did anyone read the lawyer submission that is filed with pinksheets.com? Doesn't that statement essentially state that the information pinksheets.com has is current? I'm not sure why they would submit so much information to pinksheets.com in an attempt to be current then pull an afterhours R/S.
Doesn't make sense. i doubt there is a R/S in the works here.
