sorry, but you don't just uplist overnight. i believe they need cash to fulfill any work requests and need to dilute to bring in cash quickly. at any rate r/s are typically not good, and especially in the short term. lots of profit still here with a lot of investors. bet they are wishing they sold before close. this oil spill situation has caused a lot of investors to throw caution to the wind with some of these stocks. all imho good luck to all of you.
