With this issue it's clear that pr's mean very little. They have promised much for a long time and haven't developed much more than promises. True they are a R&D company with little to show their shreholders.
Believe what you want, but this issue won't reverse until income is realized from real purchase orders that can be deposited and verified. And anything short of that in a pr, means very little to the BEHL investor.
As Dennis said over a year ago, "the time has come."
