30:1 Reverse split.

This showed up in my account as of this morning. I was checking my trading account and almost flipped out since it was showing I was missing some money. My trading account is with USAA.

I now have a total of 36,666.663 shares from owning 1,100,000 shares yesterday. Not sure what is up but would love to hear if this has happened to anybody else. Another thing that was strange is if I try to sell the shares instead of the ACLH symbol it says "89J201" as what would be traded.

I just spoke with an etrade rep and that is true. He said they haven't posted because it is not official but the effective date is supposed to be today. The purposed rate is 1:30 shares effective today at closing. He said that Fridays are usually when they do this so that they have time over the weekend to make the changes. He said that depending on what is going on with the company, this can be a good or bad thing for shareholders. He said read the news and see what is going on that will tell you why they might have done this.

Must be wrong. I went through all filings and see nothing of a reverse merger for 5/14/10. They DID go through a reverse merger last year:

"On January 12, 2009, the Company effectuated a 1-for-300 reverse stock split of its common stock and changed the par value of the common stock from $0.001 to $0.0001."
