7/10/09 80 week (also a 4.5 year)
2/5/10 nominal 40 week (avg 30s)
3/24/10 nominal 10 week

It seems we are at the 1/2 way point in the nominal 80 week cycle.
This cycle should be right translated.

We are in the window of a 20 week now. Early to mid week it should be in.

I have no higher projections at this time where the rally may stall as all FLDs are below price

40 week low due sept/oct

Your thoughts on oil...I will be looking into this next
