Etrade has too many fees for my taste. As it is my funds are available right after I transfer, but I am restricted from purchasing shares of stock that are under 4 dollars per share for three days.
Im thinking of transferring to Zecco or something similar because Scottrade just has too many limitations on Pennies.
The one thing I do like is the consistent 7$ trade price for both market and limit orders. Since I do alot of penny trades limit inexpensive limit orders are my friend.
And since I do my DD and get my L2 elsewhere Scottrade wouldn't really bother me, except for its already enormous and continuously growing black list of penny stocks which they refuse to trade. I've missed out on a couple of fairly big plays due to this policy. Which IMO is where the real problem lies.
Not including trade executions, those are also something to rofl about.
