CC was requested by many shareholders its not Dean's initiative.

I would have preferred the announcement of a shareholder meeting instead of this CC.
Back in March he alledgedly announced this meeting within appr. 60 days, so that would be the middle of May.

I guess it's not the right time yet. I'm really curious what he has or can say. With all the NDA's and insider info I'm wondering if a CC is the best solution at this particular moment, it probably raises only more questions and uncertainty.

So I'm really hoping for a meaty PR in front of a CC.

Btw, anyone asked for the audited financials lately?
