wasn't there a post a while back that said PR's are 'USUALLY around 9-9:30 am and likewise around 1pm(est)
i'm in san diego, ca so its 7:05 here so est is 10am. i guess we are still good to go for possible PR today...imo

It seems they take the price down on very small sells (IMO someone is selling small ammounts of shares below the bid just to bring price down or they could actually be filling buy orders down there hard telling) but they let all the buys fill at the bid and occasionally the ask.

The buys outnumber the sells bigtime so technically (from all the buys at bid and ask) this should be going up there is hardly any shorts http://www.shortsqueeze.com/?symbol=ihsn

IMO and from all the buys at the bid and such there are alot of people holding so when news is finally released this should blow up... One thing I do know I dont think Ive seen a stock trade like this very odd indeed..

* no shorts

* majority of transactions going through are buys at the bid and ask but stock doesn't move up.

* small transactions below the bid brings the price down like nothing

The only thing I can see from this is mm's are up to something becuase none of this makes sense.
