Good point! If the OS continues to increase, we will have confirmation that they are NOT being offered at .001! Personally, I never believed that they were. Maybe some time ago.
Personally, I don't see why anyone would buy restricted shares at .001 if they can buy free trading shares cheaper on the open market.
