rocky, I guess I'm a little slow today (today? lol). What do you mean one count? If you're talking about THE document, seems to me there were all kinds of charges. I'm sure you're correct about one charge, I'm just not sure what you are referring to. Under normal cicumstance, if a person is charged with one count of something and they beat it in court, they are free to go. However, I need to know exactly what you are referring to. TIA.
