I'm only concerned with ACLH at this point, and on May 12, 2010 it was announced that "BP has requested field tests of ACT Clean Technologies, Inc. fluids for remediation of the Gulf Oil Spill damage".

Not sure what difference it makes who made first contact with who prior to that.
