The share structure that was in place for Envirotek shall remain in place. Suffer has no intentions of diluting or changing the share structure at the present time.

Key phrase here being "at the present time"...which means it could change tomorrow...

That leaves a huge amount of shares available for the new company to sell...and start up's typically need a lot of cash to operate.

My prediction is that within 6 months the new company will be trading below a penny...
