Tronox Bonds are essentually equity at this point right? In typical reorganization plan, share-holders are wiped-out, Bonds converted to equity; reorganized company is debt-free.
There is an article in todays WSJ that discusses this very same situation.
Traders continued to buy GM right up until the end.

Wish Tronox would have been mentioned in that WSJ bankruptcy story.

Good sign that the bonds are coming down from 130? Are the bondholders beginning to realize that they aren't going to own this company?
