Why dont they "JUST DO IT", become a reporting company again, and say we are now a reporting company? The have destroyed the value of the stock by not taking care of business. Just because you admit you are wrong, does not make it alright.
it is easier to dilute if you are non reporting. They did not even send out a "TWEET" when they increased A/S. But they will "TWEET" info so that you may buy the diluted stock.
