Can anyone tell me why the contruction of the PBR in SC was delayed? I haven't been able to keep up with this board too closely lately and seemed to have missed that one.

TIA

As far as I'm concerned...

#13 (independent evaluator) Is about the only remaining item I'd really like to see accomplished.

#12 (Patent Apps) Will happen - but doesn't matter to me when that is.

#10 and #11 (Desktop and Inoculant Reactor sales) - don't care when it happens.

#4 (SC PBR) - will be nice to have for east coast clients AFTER we build some farms out West.

#5 (Lone Star PBR) - also a nice-to-have down the road. But for me, all the validation we need is signed checks from clients.

If we scrap some of these, or they just don't get PR'd, I'm fine with it. Let's get the ten acres rolling and the cookie cutter cutting!

May 13, 2010 06:00 ETBioCentric Energy Announces Engagement of Independent Auditors as the First Step in Achieving Bulletin Board ListingSANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwire - May 13, 2010) - BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged a CPA firm who will provide an independent audit of the BEHL 2008 and 2009 year-end financial statements. The CPA firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board so the statements will comply with all current Securities and Exchange Commission requirements. The Company anticipates the auditors commencing work approximately May 31st, 2010 at the Company's headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. BioCentric Energy CFO Frank Rawson stated, "BioCentric Energy is working diligently to progress to an OTCBB (Over-The-Counter, Bulletin Board) stock listing and the audit is simply the first necessary step in reaching this status. This will also allow BEHL more flexibility in obtaining financing for future growth."

Yesterday, a select group from BioCentric Energy (Dennis Fisher, Chairman of the Board, Dr. Brian Goodall, CEO, Pat Kuykendall, Site Supervisor and a contracted electrician), spent the day at its first commercial site in Southern California working with two excavating companies in developing and preparing the land and assessing the available power and water resources in preparation of deployment of the Company's commercial systems.

Biocentric Energy is in advanced stage discussions with a California-based renewable energy company for the rapid deployment of its 10-acre commercial PBR systems. The anticipated deployment date of these commercial systems is 3rd quarter 2010. Following the successful implementation of the initial 10 acres, the renewable energy company and BioCentric Energy expect to add additional PBR units on the same site and throughout California.

"The special edition of the Company's In Touch Tuesday Newsletter was so well received," stated President Monique Berry, "we have decided to post it on the BioCentric Energy website on Friday, May 14th, 2010." Many BioCentric Energy shareholders have requested the full presentation mentioned in the newsletter and the Company will distribute the document on the same date."

Hey doubleg, one thing that wasn't clarified in the pr was if the first client for the first PBR was a farm participant or a client with their own location for your 90 day update. I only bring that up because if it's a client location project then it falls under the 6 month objective #3 I believe.
