Let's hope the Rosenthal decision for more testing turns out better than SRI who was to study HIV & single pan-influenza in vitro and per the PR progress to in vivo there. In the ES email of Feb 9, 2010 posted by Smooth, Dr. Seymour wrote that there were 7 drugs in 7 locations in 6 states currently in progress of studies/testing ....many we know have been underway for several months. Per Smooth (and I agree), “only drug result news possible is herpes (HSV) from TheVac”. NNVC must have a need for additional HSV in vitro studies, but overdue are updates and/or results from prior studies: perhaps on at least 1 of the 7 from the Feb 9 Seymour email? Foremost is TheVac re HSV; comes to mind after reporting in May 2009 a 99.99% viral load reduction, and on its heels an announced additional studies program in vitro & in vivo to proceed on EKC & HSV. One would think that these prior test/study results should/must be known (maybe they are) before new testing at a new lab is announced & underway? Also announced was testing FluCide in vivo at TheVac.
