C_H it's my understanding that the only money the company receives is from a investor that tenders funds directly into the company for restricted stock. When stock is purchased on the open market the company doesn't receive any value from such transactions. Unless, you actually invested directly and the company received your funding then your lost was just a bad stock market decision. If your right that the company is a scam then it's a mute discussion as to how you lost the funds.

Since this company is a public entity and are making public statements that certainly incite the public to invest, and you have publicly stated that the company is lying, then I would expect you to report these scams to the proper government agency. Perhaps you have.
