This is an old ad. I spoke to Lowell on many occasions over the 6 months (or so) he was with BEHL. He was the site manager for the V1 build, but became a bit obsolete when the RWE relationship developed. They managed the engineering, project management, so Lowell didn't have much of a function left there after awhile.

He hasn't been with the company since December or January.
