PSC does a pretty good job of doing what their job description says... they DO bring in volume... just look at the volume on HBWO over the past few days compared to before...
The only problem is that "management" (i have a hard time calling CEOs of these penny stocks legit managers...) of these stocks DO NOT know how to dilute the stock to raise capital... If they knew how to, then almost every one of PSC picks would be winners... but the majority of them are pure idiots and dilute the crap out of the stock and we end up going NOWHERE even though we have record volume 10X of that than it was before...
