First check out the company website @http://www.actcleantech.com/investor.html..... ok now follow the link to http://www.investorpoint.com/stock/ACLH-Act+Clean+Technologies+Inc.... now check out the share information @http://www.investorpoint.com/stock/ACLH-Act+Clean+Technologies+Inc./share-information/....... this tells us the o/s is 499.34m and the float is 485.93m.....which pretty much tells you the company is not diluting because they are out of shares ...well almost...anyway the high volume more than likely is attributable to a high number of day traders buying and selling over and over without and extreme increase or decrease in share price.ACLH is on most peoples radar. Volume should remain high no matter what the share price does. The key is to maintain the high volume. If this is maintained when contract news is released then and only then will old highs will likely be breached, which should be at least .15 anything over this is just unknown territory. hope this helps.
