Pinksheets is a great source for stock news, but certainly can't be the only one to rely on. Many of times current stock info won't reach them in a timely fashion, or it doesn't hit them at all.
True so lets check the companies web site under investors....

I think It is all starting to add up missing transfer agent huge volume with no PPS increase for the amount of volume anyway = DILUTION and company DUMPAGE. IMHO
Pink Sheets only list information reported by the company. If the info is old, it's the company's fault not Pink Sheets. This was an OTC company less than 2 years ago. Russell Kidder let that listing go and took us down to the Pink Sheets. An OTC listing has value so I never understood that move unless it's because now they don't have to report any info to us.
