I do not believe they are to be delivered until later -- the 14th. From the PR:

"For example, if you owned one million shares of Atlantis Technology Group, current symbol (ATNPD), at the close of business on April 23rd, 2010, you will receive two hundred shares of Global Online Television Corporation on May 14th, 2010. These shares, like previous shares that were issued as a dividend to shareholders in December's GOTV dividend, will have a value of cash dividend issued from GOTV's quarterly revenues."

As per the PR, we will be receiving them on May 14th.
