I agree with you..plus they are filing it, and business takes times...ALso reading the CHART..it BOTTOMED and trading sideways...with I see some are accumulating..Once the PSAR goes under I think it will RUN hard to pennyland..looking at this is like a Airplane getting ready to take off,but now just riding on the ground.......just my honest 2 cents opinion..what is yours?
