Occasionally, if I very pig-headedly think that "I'm right" (as self-observation has taught me that I am oftentimes early)... and have already established a sizeable position....I'll then take on a SMALLER opposite (hedging) position. (In other words: this is sort of a "short-term wrong"..... but "longer-term right" thinking.)
Presto--one can then many times trade-out of BOTH sides with a profit on each side....
I do this a LOT with my UCO's and SCO's trading. It's very possible.....with some patience and discipline......to make BOTH opposing sides pay off.
