I guess there is a fine line between SCAM and A Failure throw the word SCAM and lets replace it with FAILED..
Has Dean Failed to deliver on any PRd item?
Why has Dean put up timeframs he cant meet?
Why would that same good, stand up guy announce a Earnest buyback? or PR the last hurdle has been met or Lundquist is EMBEDED in Chi town?OR Mineseekers will be closed at the end of April? 10 days for funding? Has Dean forgot he PRd this?or just iggying it and it will go away?

Does it look like it isFAILING as we speak?

Could Deans heart or eyes be bigger than his stomach?
Does the Chief believe Dean set up a scam? NO!! but could Dean be having more trouble than he EVER imagined?YES

So I believe in your post cause those are the reasons I bought in but the reality is QASP could FAIL at all the above...JMHO
