I haven't read the terms closely enough. I don't want to start in with inaccuracies as some have so far this morning.

I will say, 1) I'm glad to see only a fraction of the shelf placed. Means the docs are looking for significantly higher prices for the next placement. 2) The dilution formula is pretty restrictive, as restrictive as any I've seen. Definitely not a deal YA Global would have any interest in. Definitely not death spiral financing as one poster all but asserted. 3) The placement was inked and announced ahead of the news, but with no news between now and Monday this deal might not look as good. So, we should finally hear about results from SRI, Berkeley, etc.
