I spoke to the CEO for I have a large position and I am not happy. The selling came from old employees and old debt. The great news there is only 629 million outstanding and 380 million in the float including all promo fees. Beleive it or not!

Float is 380 mill...its peanuts compared to the market...CDIV float is over 100 mill and its .50 cents...no brainer here imo
