Why would they need a public shell and shares if they did not plan on selling and issueing shares? I mean if it such a hugely profitable business there is no need to be public to raise additional capital.

Dilution is exactly what I believe is getting ready to happan. I hope it doesn't, but I have a strong feeling it will.

I still don't fully understand why a clothing company would want Envirotek.

Makes me feel that hardly anything ENTK has been saying is true.

Furthermore, how did a start-up clothing company afford Envirotek?

Share Structure

The share structure that was in place for Envirotek shall remain in place. Suffer has no intentions of diluting or changing the share structure at the present time.
