Can they? They certainly can....Will they? that's probably the better question to ask. I don't think they will anytime soon, I mean there has been people posting just about every day with call ins to the company asking them about the O/S count to see if there was any dilution happening, and thus far there hasn't, I can't imagine them starting to now at this moment in time.
