If you look up the Luxor deal it was basically the same thing. They acquired a miraculous 10 million in assets for the bargain price of 1 million cash and 4 million in shares valued at 1 buck a share. Well on paper it didnt make sense (which I pointed out immediately).
Well many months later it was revealed that they never did complete the acquisition because they never came up with the cash.
