SPZR looks good, no dilution in 3+ years, O/S is 6,500,000 and the float is probably only a couple million, seeing as the management owns at least 2,000,000. My only concern is that the ask is at .025, so it might be kind of hard to grab shares, but this one looks almost perfect for a float lock. Considering that the company is fully reporting too.

IBCO looks good as well, but it was much harder to find info on it.
