Lowman's "gathered" info sez that getting back to reporting status comes before bridge financing.(I can't confirm)
So it seems to me, back to reporting status, then bridge financing, then the new team takes their seats at LTC.
Also gathered: More than the four people listed are in the wings. Their rewards are in direct alignment with the interests of the shareholders. Shareholders will not be treated like mushrooms, good, bad, or otherwise (at least by the new crew).
Seriously, it was 11 below in Kyiv in January and yes that's F, not C. What they witnessed sealed the deal.
