Then why isnt it done? Why is there an 8k talking about the intended deal instead of saying it is complete?

They diluted like crazy before and couldnt come up with a million, why would they be able to come up with 2.5 million AND a million to finish the Luxor acquisition?

Its May 11th. It isnt done yet. Pretty obvious what is going on here.
