i'd say that's still up in the air at this point. pink sheets has to list something.

so let's say the court does end up agreeing and it goes back to the old owners who had previously abandoned shareholders - is everybody supposed to jump for joy because instead of somebody actually doing something for shareholders here and merging this with an australian coffee company, it would go back to being abandoned??
