You sound like a lot of the other sheep following rich around with their heads up their a**. How can you say "Those who are shareholders have been and will be well served as events proceed"? rich has been horrible and so has that brown character. Stick your head in the sand and wait for rich to take care of you! Can you say Jonestown - he is taking the ship down and you are willing to sit back and drink the Kool-aid. Don't worry about transparency or performance to the shareholders. No wonder the sec has to step in on companies that are run like this. rich has been asked for 5 years to clean up the company - you are just seeing the result of his ineptitude. But, maybe you are right - it's only the sec's fault.
