im not sure if its movie worthy, but i would guess it will likley be news worthy on places like stock watch, and some other stock related web sites...

But if they ever did make a movie out of it, they could always have Ron Jeremy play Joel Gardner since he seems to like going around $crewing everyone.

Yes, it surpassed the 3 years, but again, mevt could never even get a sample of the product, a cost sheet or even lace an order...they/we want their 6 million shares back, since nothing was ever delivered....is that so hard to understand ?

i'm dying to find out if those shares were registered....i really hope they weren't registered...it would sure make this process of getting them back much easier.

Please answer me this...why would MEVT pay 6M shares to PCL/MGON for the Hartindo rights if they were not exclusive? What did they pay for?

At that point, 3 years ago, PCL could do whatever they wanted with those shares.

WELL, NOT REALLY, NOT IF THEY WERE NOT REGISTERED....MAYBE YOU SHOULD TAKE THAT UP THE SEC....ALSO, IF PCL (JOEL GARDNER) DIDN'T DELIVER TO MEVT WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP AND SELL THOSE SHARES. ITS THAT SIMPLE.

LETS SAY YOU PAID FOR A NEW CUSTOM MADE, ONE OF A KIND SUIT, AND HAD THE SUIT TAILOR FITTED, AND WHEN YOU WENT BACK TO THE STORE TO PICK UP THE SUIT, THE STORE TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH OR SO BEFORE IT WAS READY. FRUSTRATED, SO YOU GO BACK IN A MONTH, AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE SORRY BUT IT SHOULDN'T BE THAT MUCH LONGER. THEY TELL YOU ONLY ONE MORE WEEK, AND TO PLEASE COME BACK IN ANOTHER WEEK. ITS KIND OF SAD BUT THIS IS THE EXACT SAME SCENARIO.

Who knows, maybe some went back to MEVT managment, some to promotion which would have paid for all those paid promoters such as GenevaBancorp, SmallCap Voice, Shazam Stock, to name a few.

NONE OF THE STOCK WENT BACK TO MEVT MANGEMENT. IF IT DID, THEY WOULD NOT BE SO MAD.

So now, after umpteem PRs and 3 years MEVT, who is obviously not makeing PCL any money, blames everyone else (i.e. the supplier who has proof of only one order ever being made and delivered - MEVT must have had pricing to make that order) and now questions why PCL dissolved and thinks they should get all their stock back?

NOT MAKING PCL MONEY ????? HOW COULD THEY WHEN THEIR ORDERS WERE NOT MET....THEY COULDNT EVEN GET PRICING OR SAMPLES OF THE PRODUCT.

BTW, I still have all my stock at the price I paid. Any chance management will give me back my money as I don't like how the last couple years have panned out either.

UMMM, ACTUALY, I THINK IN AL LIKLIHOOD MEVT MANGEMNT MIGHT END UP GIVING BACK YOUR MONEY AND SOME....RIGHT AFTER JOEL GARDER AND HIS HENCHMEN PAYBACK ALL THE STOCK THEY STOLE...MAKE NO MISTAKE, THIS COULD LIKELY HAPPEN.
