no employee has been paid with shares any time recently....these are restricted Warrants that were bought for above today's price that are now just coming off restriction. technically we have no way of knowing if they are Really hitting the market or if the market makers are shorting based on the rise in the OS and it's a free lunch for them at the moment. no way of knowing unless you know the employee somehow.
