It looks like they made about $9M from their insurance ops (vs $19M last year). One item that bears can point to is: As of March 31, 2010, the Company’s investment portfolio contained $4.3 million of pre-tax net unrealized losses.
That suggests to me that they were very selective, shall we say, in harvesting gains in the quarter to pump up net income...
