Lugan, have you been monitoring the WTSO.com website? You can get great deals there in the $10 range at times. Just research it before you buy it. Right now there is a 2004 Vilafonte from south africa that is really good. It's at $20 though, a merlot blend with malbec and cabernet thrown in for backbone.
